As long as you've come this far, why not get to know me a bit "off the paper"? In 2002, I was part of a two person team that was given a simple task; take the operating model of a successful business in England to the US, and make it even better! With good old fashioned hard work, proper research and planning, and successful execution, the business was launched before the mandated deadline. As you saw from my resume, I headed up recruitment efforts, and built the department from scratch, staffing all positions in the national headquarters. In 2006, my 4 person team delivered 4129 recruits to offices all across the country. Outside of the office, I'm an avid photographer, love to ski, spend way to much time blogging, do the best I can with a guitar, and am constantly viewing, researching, and trying to find ways to incorporate the ever evolving technosphere into successful recruitment tools.
